This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all financial transactions, digital product purchases, educational enrollments, cloud-based access provisioning, and refund eligibility conditions associated with Deen Academy.
Digital Intellectual Property Cannot Be “Returned”
Deen Academy distributes proprietary educational systems, AI frameworks, creator blueprints, automation workflows, prompt libraries, digital strategies, downloadable assets, and cloud-based learning resources.
Unlike physical goods, digital products are considered consumed immediately upon access, provisioning, streaming, download activation, or dashboard unlocking.
Because digital intellectual property cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is governed by strict operational policies.
The Digital Consumption Rule

Once Deen Academy systems provision access to any purchased educational resource, the product is considered digitally consumed.

Non-Refundable Conditions
We do NOT provide refunds for:

- × “Expected earnings” assumptions
Valid Refund Exceptions
Technical and transactional anomalies
Refunds may only be considered in strictly verified technical failure scenarios.
Gateway Duplication Errors
If a verified payment gateway malfunction causes multiple charges for a single order or enrollment ID, duplicate transaction amounts may qualify for refund processing.
Failure To Deliver
If payment is successfully processed but Deen Academy systems completely fail to provision purchased digital access, and the issue cannot be manually resolved by our technical support team within 48 hours, refund eligibility may be considered.
Billing Anomalies
Verified unauthorized duplicate processing, gateway synchronization failures, or critical invoice mismatches may qualify for operational review.
